My Role: Consulting during discovery phase. Project management and UX design during design and development phases. Project scope included migrating 10+ websites into a single, uniform megasite.  Launch date in late summer 2015.

King Institute Server Migration: Stanford University

My Role: Coordinated major server migration, including retiring and migrating many interlocked websites living at the same non-semantic domain that received 250,000+ visits/month. Research database was migrated to new server and given new domain, encyclopedia website flattened to static HTML and given a new domain, sites were archived to Stanford Web Archives,  etc. Developed 150+ specific and blanket redirects based on analytics data and server inventory.

Cardinal at Work Style Guide: Stanford University

My Role: Development of in-site style guide in collaboration with Kate Junco, Communications Manager of Stanford Human Resources. Work included creating succinct guidelines and developing examples of stronger vs. weaker content.
