Manager of Customer Experience at Stanford Web Services
I'm a seasoned web professional with substantial experience in higher education. I had the honor of joining the fantastic Stanford Web Services team as a Web Project Manager in 2012. In that role I was instrumental in a number of very large and high visibility websites on campus, such as the Undergrad website, the new Cardinal at Work UHR website, and the website introducing the Knight-Hennessy Scholars program.
Two years ago, I transitioned to a new position as a leader developing our campus-wide service strategies, ensuring that everyone gets the website they need at a price point they can afford and enjoys the process. I act as a senior strategist on scores of projects each year and was on the committee that redesigned the Stanford Homepage.
Multi-Talented Creative Leader
Because my team is small (but mighty), I have honed many skills including project management, UX design, wireframing, visual design, front-end development, content strategy, client relations, management, and Drupal site building. I enjoy working on elegant, efficient systems that will really serve the people who use them; and making great websites with strong content and an intuitive user experience.
