After living with their confusing content and tables-based design for long enough, we worked to create a fresh IA, content model, and visual design.
This project consisted of user persona development, user journey mapping, information architecture development, user testing with Tree Jack, content modeling, and a visual design update. My role was as the lead UX designer.
